Nunzio Tarantino


Founder & President

At the helm of H&A America is Nunzio Tarantino. Mr. Tarantino is a seasoned professional whose background includes over 20 years in administration and management at top hotels throughout Europe. Prior to founding H&A America, he was the Vice President of one of Europe’s leading, full service incentive houses. Supported by a dedicated staff of travel and event management experts, Mr. Tarantino works closely with H&A’s clients, and is personally involved in the planning and execution of every project.


Umberto Fadani


Vice President, Events Operations

Umberto is a graduate in Foreign Languages and Literature from IULM, in Milan, Italy. His experience in the industry spans over a period of almost 30 years and across continents. A partner in the company since 1993, Umberto’s expertise encompasses all aspects of global events planning, sourcing, contracts negotiations and on-site management for both the International and the US markets.


Meagan Mullens


Vice President, Events & Communications

Meagan has over a decade of experience in hospitality and events. She graduated with honors and a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. Meagan came to New York in 2001 and has planned numerous high profile events with tremendous success which led her to becoming a partner at H&A America in 2013.


Nancy Cosgriff


Executive Meetings & Events Manager

Nancy is self-taught in the event planning industry with over ten years of experience in corporate meeting planning. Nancy is detail oriented with strengths in event creation, planning and execution. Nancy comes to us with prior corporate experience in the Banking and Tele Communications Industries. Having coordinated Training, Sales Shows, Incentive Programs, Departmental Events, 100% Club’s, Chairman’s Club, Marketing and Kick-Off Events. Most recently having consulted for Programs in the Health Industry and Foundation Events.


Mirella Bonilla


Senior Meetings & Events Manager

Mirella has thirty years’ experience in the industry and has been with H&A America since 1997. She is multilingual and her proficiency in languages had integral role in much of the International business that H&A handled in the United States. Mirella studied Tourism and Hospitality at the Amsterdamse School voor het Reizwezen, in the Netherlands. As a Senior Meetings and Events Manager, Mirella’s expertise in global sourcing, planning and on-site management makes her major asset to H&A America.


Jeannette Jimenez


Travel Manager

Jeannette has been with H&A since 2001. Born and raised in New York. Speaks English and Spanish. She has finely-tuned customer service skills, a passion for travel and a friendly, approachable manner. Jeannette handles all International and Domestic flights for our clients and gives well informed, appropriate advice to the clients in regards to travel arrangements, e.g. visas, passports and various flight options. Jeannette studied psychology at Fordham University.


Catherine Manzione


Graphic Designer

Catherine has over 2 decades of experience as an art director and graphic designer. She provides designs for posters, collateral and on-site graphics for many of H&A's events.


Juther Jones


IT Director/Office Specialists, LLC

Juther has been supporting the IT Infrastructure for H&A for well over 10 years. He is certified in Cisco with his CCNA/CCNP as well as Microsoft with his MCP. He provides 24/7 Network & IT services and solutions for H&A America while they are home in New York city as well as when they are traveling.
